Columbia, MD Ranked as One of the Best Places to Raise a Family in America
Columbia, Maryland was ranked by WalletHub as one of best cities in America to raise a family in 2021. Columbia came in at #5 out of 182 cities across the country.
The study compared 46 key metrics that consider essential family dynamics, and affordability, such as the cost of housing, the quality of local school and healthcare systems, and the opportunities for recreation and fun.
WalletHub has also consistently ranked Downtown Columbia as #1 Best U.S. City for Jobs, Safest City in America, Happiest City, and Best Place to Live in 2022.
