Howard Hughes Celebrates Marlow Groundbreaking

Howard Hughes held a groundbreaking ceremony for its newest residential building, Marlow.

The 510,000-square-foot complex includes 472 apartments located in the heart of Merriweather District. It includes retail space, a sky lounge, a fitness center, a work-from-home lounge, and private conference and Zoom rooms. Marlow is now leasing, and you can schedule a tour today.
