Carl Bernstein Headlines the 6th Annual Books in Bloom Festival
The sixth annual Books in Bloom festival takes place May 15th, 2022 at Color Burst Park in Downtown Columbia. The literary festival is “the region’s largest progressive book festival.”
The 2022 festival will have food, drink, and author discussions. It is a family-friendly event with a kid’s corner, but also has a curated wine garden and vendors. The festival features several authors, including Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist and author Carl Bernstein, the D.C. native who broke the Watergate scandal. During this year’s Books in Bloom, he’ll be discussing his new memoir “Chasing History: A Kid in the Newsroom.”
Parking is available and free.
