Merriweather District Innovates to Keep Residents Safe and Happy

Merriweather District adopts state-of-the-art safety features throughout its development.

Plans have been implemented to use innovative safety features like air filtration, antibacterial surfaces, UV lighting and Steer Tech automated valet parking within residential buildings. 

Merriweather District also looks beyond technology to engage the community through ongoing virtual outreach events like Color Bursts of Joy, Books in Bloom and the Artist in Residence programs.
